PenisHealth DVD + Forum
The comes with videos of exercises on improving your sex life, penis enlargement and other stuff, I haven’t watched it yet so I can’t really tell what it’s about. Also there is a private forum with over 70,000 people where you can ask questions and share your gains.
The password and username is provided with the SizeGenetics device. I’ve seen some guys show off their gains in the signatures, some even without using the SizeGenetics extender, but just by using the exercises from the DVD.

Once I opened it up I was actually puzzled on how to strap this thing on, fortunately, the DVD covers everything you need to know so you don’t hurt yourself and use the device properly.
SizeGenetics – How Does it Work?
Apparently, it is the same concept when working out in a gym, you start slow by wearing the device 2 hours per day at first, and then slowly increase traction force and the time you wear. Here’s what someone recommended on the forum.
The first time I strapped it on it felt really awkward, but after a few minutes I got used to it and it wasn’t uncomfortable anymore.
NOTE: the device must not block blood flow to the penis, otherwise you may harm yourself.
Make sure you assemble it following the instructions on the DVD. Although, it was a lot harder than I thought wearing the device for long periods of time.
